Current Employment Opportunities Shuttle Drivers: Operates a passenger vehicle safely and efficiently. Follows specific regularly scheduled routes, charter routes or responds to requests from dispatch or management for unscheduled pick‑ups or drop‑offs. Assists passengers in boarding and exiting vehicle. Loads and unloads luggage, packages and other items. Transmits and receives over two‑way radio system. Monitors traffic and weather conditions and notifies dispatch of potential problems. Reports accidents or other safety situations to dispatch. Counts money and makes correct change for passenger fares. Inspects exterior and interior of vehicle at beginning of each shift for properly operating headlights, turn signals, brake lights, interior courtesy lamps, air‑conditioning or heating, warning lamps, mirror adjustment, properly inflated tires, windshield wipers, vehicle damage, etc. prior to moving vehicle. Responsible for ensuring inside and outside of vehicle are properly cleaned and fueled on an ongoing basis. Keeps interior of vehicle neat and orderly. Monitors vehicle condition and records malfunctioning items or damage on a Vehicle Deadline form and submits to cashier. Accurately completes driver trip sheet for each shift with information including driver number, vehicle number, number of passengers, pick‑up and drop‑off times, mileages, fares, destinations, etc. Learns and provides guests and passengers with appropriate information regarding lodging, entertainment and attractions within service area. Learns and remembers locations of various destination points serviced by the fleet including lodging, entertainment and attraction sites. Treats all guests, customers, and other persons in a courteous, friendly and professional manner. Also may be required to perform other related duties as requested. Job Requirements/Skills: Shuttle Drivers must be proficient in English (oral and written) and good communicators. Must have a positive attitude, a strong knowledge of the service area, and be self motivated. Must be flexible. Must be twenty-five (25) years of age. Must have a good driving record. Must pass criminal background check. Must pass drug test. High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Dispatchers: The dispatch function plays a vital role in interacting with our drivers and delivering our service to our customers. The dispatcher's role is to dispatch vehicle assignments to drivers and ensure that reservations are boarded on time. The dispatcher must have a professional disposition when transmitting on the radio to drivers and be able to support the fleet as needed. Job Requirements/Skills: Dispatchers must be proficient in English (oral and written) and good communicators. Must have a positive attitude, a strong knowledge of the service area, and be self motivated. Must be flexible, able to multi-task and have the capacity to work calmly in a fast paced environment. This position may require the ability to sit for extended periods of time. Windows and general computer knowledge. Must pass criminal background check. Must pass drug test. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

These operations are linked via our proprietary reservation system, allowing us to efficiently handle over 1,000 calls per day. Our reservation centers are open around the clock, 365 days a year. Job Requirements/Skills: Reservation Sales Agents efficiently, effectively, and professionally handle a variety of customer-related transactions - product information, reservations, quality control inquiries, lost & found. Reservation Agents receive extensive in-house training through state of the art technology, on-the-job training, and classroom instruction.
