Surcharges
Limitations of Liability

Anderson Clemson Shuttle Services, LLC will not be responsible for
delays caused by weather, road, or traffic conditions; mechanical failure;
or any other conditions beyond our control. Any expenses arising as a result
of delayed departure or arrival times, including missed flights or travel
connections, are the sole responsibility of the passenger.

Visa, MasterCard, American
Express, Discover must be submitted at time of reservation.
Cancellation Policy
-
Airport Shuttle cancellations made with less than 24
hours notice are NONREFUNDABLE.
Any discounts, promotional, internet specials, and/or round-trip rates are NONREFUNDABLE.
Executive-Car/Sedan, SUV (Sport Utility Vehicle), and 15 passenger van cancellations made with less than 72 hours notice are
NONREFUNDABLE.
Limousine cancellations made with less than 30 days notice are
NONREFUNDABLE.
Surcharges
-
On arrivals between hours of
10:00 pm - 6:00 am, VIP rate applied.

On departures, arriving to
airport prior to 7:00 am, VIP rate applies.

Late pick-ups at airport (meeting arrivals between
10:00 pm and 6:00 am) have an additional charge of
$10.00.
Changes
to reservations will be charged $25.00 per request.
Holiday rates additional $15.00
for New Years Eve, New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day.
NO AIRPORT SHUTTLE SERVICES on
Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
The following is a detailed explanation of Anderson Clemson Shuttle Services
baggage policy:

Baggage Allowance: One suitcase. Additional and/or oversized items, subject to additional
charge. Passenger must advise Anderson-Clemson Shuttle Services, LLC of
additional items at time of reservation.
- If the bags are expanded they are considered oversize.
- If the bags are HEAVY over 50lbs, they are considered oversize.
- All passengers pay $25 for each oversize bag and $10 for each
additional bag over the limit.
- All passengers MUST pay these charges either by credit card or cash
BEFORE transporting.

$25.00 each for skis, golf
clubs, and kennels.

Fuel surcharges may be applied
because of fluctuating fuel prices.

Prices are subject to change
without notice.
Terms

Shuttles / car services are scheduled only when we have a reservation.

Shared van service, except when
private vehicle service has been reserved.

All rates effective as of
January 1, 2011.

Anderson-Clemson Shuttle Services, LLC is not
responsible for items lost or left in vehicles.
Passengers are accountable for checking all luggage and items into and out
of vehicles.

All of our vehicles are maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness
and safety. No smoking is allowed at any time inside the vehicles.

We reserve the right to refuse
service.
